The Lord spoke in my spirit several months ago, "an open heaven in two thousand seven." so I have pondered these words and sought wisdom on the exact meaning of this statement. I asked in my spirit, Lord are you going to supernaturally open something that has up to this time been closed? I believe the Spirit showed me that how much "heaven on earth" we enjoy is dependant more on the church than the Lord. Eph. 3:20 "now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that worketh in us." He is able to do, but we must begin to think and ask. I am convinced 2007 offers unprecedented opportunity for blessing. Pat Robertson said in his 2007 prophecy "extraordinary miracles so that people will say heaven has come to earth." The church must fast, pray and most of all BELIEVE. Like any "good" father God wants to bless His children and give them good gifts just because He loves them, however Gal. 3:13 says Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law... that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles.. Gen. 12:2 says "I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing." Now Abraham was very rich in silver and gold and flocks and herds so the blessing of Abraham is not just a spiritual blessing, but I believe the key is you shall BE a blessing! God wants to bless the church so the church will bless the world so the world will see it "pays" to serve God.
